Delete your MuslimHabits account

You can delete your account and its cloud data yourself, right inside the app.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Settings → Security & Data.
  2. Tap Delete Account & All Cloud Data.
  3. Review what will be deleted, optionally export a copy of your data, then type the confirmation word and confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your profile and username.
  • Deeds you shared, and your end-to-end encrypted secret deeds stored in the cloud.
  • Your group and community memberships, comments and reactions.
  • Linked devices and push notification registrations.

Groups you created

Groups and communities belong to the account that created them. If you delete your account, the groups and communities you created are deleted for all their members too.

Backups

Technical backup snapshots are deleted or overwritten within a reasonable period of at most 30 calendar days, as stated in the Privacy Policy.

Data on your phone

Data stored only on your phone stays there until you remove it. After deleting your account the app offers to delete it too, or use Settings → Security & Data → Delete All Data on This Device, or uninstall the app.

Cannot open the app?

Email privacy@muslimhabits.org with your username (shown in the app under Profile) and, if you signed in with one, the email address of your account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before deleting it, and we will confirm by email when it is done.

Hapus akun MuslimHabits-mu

Kamu bisa menghapus akun beserta data cloud-nya sendiri, langsung di dalam aplikasi.

Lewat aplikasi (paling cepat)

  1. Buka Pengaturan → Keamanan & Data.
  2. Ketuk Hapus Akun & Seluruh Data Cloud.
  3. Periksa yang akan dihapus, ekspor salinan datamu bila mau, lalu ketik kata konfirmasi dan konfirmasi.

Yang dihapus

  • Profil dan username-mu.
  • Amal yang kamu bagikan, dan amal rahasia terenkripsi ujung ke ujung yang tersimpan di cloud.
  • Keanggotaan grup dan komunitasmu, komentar, dan reaksi.
  • Perangkat tertaut dan pendaftaran notifikasi push.

Grup yang kamu buat

Grup dan komunitas terikat pada akun pembuatnya. Kalau akunmu dihapus, grup dan komunitas yang kamu buat ikut terhapus untuk semua anggotanya.

Cadangan

Salinan cadangan teknis dihapus atau tertimpa dalam jangka waktu wajar maksimal 30 hari kalender, sebagaimana tertulis di Kebijakan Privasi.

Data di ponselmu

Data yang hanya tersimpan di ponselmu tetap ada sampai kamu menghapusnya. Setelah akun dihapus, aplikasi menawarkan untuk menghapusnya juga; atau pakai Pengaturan → Keamanan & Data → Hapus Semua Data di Perangkat Ini, atau hapus aplikasinya.

Tidak bisa membuka aplikasi?

Kirim surel ke privacy@muslimhabits.org berisi username-mu (terlihat di aplikasi pada Profil) dan, bila kamu masuk dengan surel, alamat surel akunmu. Kami mungkin meminta konfirmasi bahwa akun itu milikmu sebelum menghapusnya, dan akan memberi kabar lewat surel setelah selesai.
